Single Balloon Enema Retention Nozzle Review

Single Balloon Enema Retention Nozzle by Siliconenozzles.com

Hello all and welcome back to another review of an interesting product which is the Single Balloon Enema Retention Nozzle by the site Siliconenozzles.com

Perhaps not the sexiest name but it is marketed more as a medical device over something to have fun with. However that does not mean you can't, nor that many do not buy it for such purposes. Even reading the comments on their product page we can see others agree this device can be quite a welcome addition when you need to blow off some steam.

Anyways before continuing, as the usual I would like to say I am writing this review from a male perspective. Also as a note there is no nude or sexual photos in this blog, only pictures of the toy, or related non-pornographic images.

About the Product: So let me actually get into this product's description. This is an interesting product in the sense that it is an inflatable meaning that it has some part of it that is able to be filled with air or water (With this product specifically air) to expand in diameter or size. This can add a uniqueness and versatility that many other toys can lack.

This toy specifically has what is named a retention ball toward the bottom of it that inflates and can lock the product in place when inserted. The medical applications for this is if you were to want to administer an enema this inflated ball can hold the nozzle in place and stop it from slipping out.

(Pic of the product Inflated partially, stock image for product on siliconenozzles.com product page.)

The less medical and more fun applications for this toy can be that the filling of the retention ball itself after insertion being great for prostate stimulation (For Guys) and a stimulating, full pressure feeling in the rectum for either sex that you literally can precisely control. Also some might enjoy using it for inflation play, using it essentially the same as enema use but in a more sexual way.

I should mention this product has two distinct holes in it, one for inflating the balloon and one that leads directly to the tip from the base. This also means that lube can be injected through the non balloon port directly into the colon for either warm up or lubrication during play.

(Showing the two holes, center is through hole. Other smaller one is to inflate the balloon.)

I suppose this product could be used vaginally too but at 11.5 inches it would probably take a gifted individual to fit it all.

This length, though it may seem intimidating, is actually a nice fit for rectal use with most individuals. The tube is very flexible and does taper slightly along with having some smooth ridges that help stop it from sliding out and has the added bonus of feeling good going in.

This tubes longer length is designed to push past the rectum (Which is about 5-8 inches) and place the tip of it right in the middle or entrance of the sigmoid colon. Let me tell you one thing, for those that do not know, entering the Sigmoid colon is a very special feeling that only comes with inserting deeper objects and it is amazing.

(It's pretty sizable at about 12 inches long.)

As mentioned the very soft silicon used on this product and forgiving width makes it a great intermediate product or possibly a good starter product for some. Although others might struggle with the depth. Specifically entering the Sigmoid colon in most cases which can be challenging for beginners (Though luckily gets much easier with practice.)

As with most products meant for anal use, especially deeper, a good clean out and plenty of lube is always recommended.

(Tube inserted in base of Nozzle.)

One thing I would like to see with this product is a version that is maybe 6-8 inches insertable length instead of the almost foot. This isn't really an issue for me but for others it might make for more comfortable to use and open up use for female clients to use vaginally. Just my personal thought.

Anyways another great thing is unlike the non inflatable products that have retention balls made of solid material (Which can still be good in their own ways.) These inflatable ones both can be inserted much easier as part of their uninflated state, and filled to a point that perfectly matches your individual tolerances. So for example someone might need the ball inflated 20% to have it be seated comfortably, yet another individual might need it at 80%.

(A stock image of another product Silicone Nozzles offer with a solid Silicon Retention bulb. Good in it's own way but potentially more challenging for beginners and you can't control the size of it at all obviously.)

You can control this by a simple squeeze of a bulb that is pretty similar to a blood pressure cuff inflater. (Keep in mind if you don't already have one you'll need to buy one from either Silicone Nozzles or another source to use the inflation feature.) To deflate you twist a knob on the bulb which lets out pressure. Fun Fact: By partially opening the valve to only let some air out and repeatedly squeezing the bulb you can actually create a pulsing inflation that can be quite enjoyable.

(Appears to be a standard inflation bulb.)

Another notable thing is the balloon can hold up to 1000ml or 1 liter of fluid, you sometimes can find sodas in this size for a reference or just picture it being half of standard 2 liter. That is a fair bit.

When inflating the balloon outside of the body it may inflate lopsided, this is pretty typical though as it relies on the counter pressure of your colon to help it expand evenly. The only ways to prevent this is either having the silicone rubber being much thicker and less stretchable which would likely make it much less comfortable for use.

(Outside of the body the balloon with likely inflate a little lopsided.)

Or having machines that are able to make the silicone rubber so perfectly even all the way around that it would inflate equal. However that would likely cost many thousands upon thousands of dollars to get and isn't necessary regardless, except as more an aesthetic. So I think it is a rather excusable flaw.

(Counter pressure from the rectum helps inflate it evenly when inside.)

Use: Alright so let's move onto actual use of the toy, overall in summery it's very good but let me tell you why... The nozzle was very easy to insert with just a little lube. The ridges on it make for a noticeable travel as it makes it's way past your sphincter, through your rectum and into your sigmoid colon. Each one poping a little as it makes its way in.

Something I was a little surprised about is the area that the uninflated balloon is located there is a little valley in the center that when you get past a certain point it wants to pull the nozzle in an inch or so deeper by itself. This was a pleasant and actually is one of my favorite things when inserting the toy. It's subtle but noticeable, maybe not everyone will enjoy it as much as me but man do I enjoy it. (Funny how little things like that can be so important sometimes...)

(The product has multiple ridges with peaks and valleys that feel quite nice.)

Pushing a little farther, but with little resistance, I overcame the second hump that marked the end of the balloon. This caused the nozzle once again to pull itself a little deeper as my butt's opening came rested at the last valley on the nozzle and at the bases flange. So far easy to use, and quite nice to insert.

The feeling as the tip worked it's way about half way through my Sigmoid colon at this time was also very interesting. (Once again this depth is much more interesting than just penetration inside the rectum. This greater depth feels fuller and more gratifying to me.)

Next came the inflation of the balloon, I had already inserted the black double sided hose barb into the right hole on the nozzle and attached the hose plus inflation bulb. Making sure the release valve on the bulb was closed I gave a few good squeezes. Instantly I could feel a pressure as the balloon began to expand in my rectum. It shifted slightly and working its way a tad deeper as it found equilibrium, lodging tightly in place.

(Opening in the front of the nozzle.)

With a few more squeezes the balloon expectedly grew in accordance. As mentioned prior the lopsided inflation of the balloon outside the body not mattering here as the counter pressure of the rectum allows it to fill up evenly.

I continued to squeeze a bit blowing the silicone bladder up till it was just slightly uncomfortable, then waiting a bit until my body adjusted, and repeating the process again. Each time adding a little bit more pressure on my prostate and lower abdomen that felt just overall amazing.

At one point I did start having sudden powerful contractions like I was about to hands free orgasm from just it but sadly they teetered off without granting sweet relief like I would of wished.

(You can control inflation using this knob on the bulb, as pictured it is currently closed.)

Continuing I did finally reach a point where inflating the nozzle any farther was just uncomfortable so by simply opening the valve some to let out a bit of air I was able to find a perfect point for my personal taste.

Upon reaching this state I did try to force out the nozzle a bit by pushing with my rectal muscles like I was trying to expel it, being careful not to go overboard which can result in strains or worse. Even with a fairly strong effort the nozzle was locked in place tight.

So alternatively I tried pulling it out from the outside using my hand and even with moderate force I can say with confidence the thing does what it's supposed to and locks the device in place. I would say the chance of that coming out by accident would be next to impossible.

(Deflation is a simple as opening the valve like in the pic by turning it a bit.)

Though if it did somehow happen, like say a sudden snag, I feel the forgiveness of the balloon's softness would likely offer at least some protection from injury over say a balloon made of much firmer materials. Regardless, I think that would be best avoided.

Now that it was in this review wouldn't be complete without talking about the actual intended use of this product which is to use as an enema retention and administrator device. But I don't want to gross people out so I will try to keep it as vague as possible.

Using this for an enema I can say it worked great to keep any liquids in. Also because it places the tip in a way where the liquid enter inside the sigmoid colon instead of in the rectum like many shorter products of the same function, It helps fluids move in easier especially around the bend before the sigmoid colon that can sometimes close off and make initial filling uncomfortable or impossible.

Directly having the fluid put into the sigmoid bend and the balloon keeping it out of the rectum is too beneficial because liquids in the rectum tend to give that urgent "I have to go now feeling..." By keeping them out of there It can make the whole enema process more more enjoyable.

(Inflation tube inserted using double ended barb that was provided.)

So In summery and to keep things simple, this is by far the best product I have used for this application and I look forward to the double balloon design that Silicone Nozzles is supposed to release soon.

Silicone Nozzles once again has impressed me with attention to detail and another interesting, high quality product.

 Final Thoughts:
-I have bought from Silicone Nozzles before and even did a review on one of their longer but similar products which you can find here. Their silicone is top notch, odorless, body safe platinum cure and overall just excellent quality.
-Silicone is super easy to clean, via boiling, bleach or just throwing it in the dishwasher so that's always a plus.
-The texture and shape was great and the balloon was something I have not seen done so well on any other product so far.
-Silicone toys tend to attract hair and lint like a magnet.
-I worry the plastic barb that you are supposed to push into the bottom of the Nozzle has too sharp of edges and may eventually lead to the silicone tearing in that area. I would say either having rounded edges on the barbs, or just several spheres instead would be better. But those would likely require specialty production that would add cost.

(The barb seems a bit aggressive and I worry it will damage the toy over time.)

Well there you have it, as a heads up Silicone Nozzles did send me a product with a minor defect on it for testing purposes. This did not affect my review however, as always I try to be 100% honest wherever I can for you guys to make the best, most informed decisions possible.
